Refunds and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another dancer.

If you are unable to make it to the event, please get in touch with us at finecityswing@gmail.com and we will try our best to find someone to take your ticket.

Full Terms and Conditions

By filling out and submitting the registration form, the registering person is confirming his/her/their intent to participate in Fine City Swing 2025 (“the Event”)
All the participants of the Event agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the instructions given by the organisers and other persons involved in the Event.
By filling out and submitting this registration form, the registrant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the Fine City Swing 2025 organisers as necessary for the completion of the registration process.
In the case a registrant decides to cancel their registration for Fine City Swing 2025 there are no refunds.
The participants have the right to transfer their pass for Fine City Swing 2025 to somebody else (once they have fully paid for it), provided the organisers are notified in advance. If it’s a Full Pass (classes & parties), they need to transfer their pass to somebody of the same leader/follower role.
The Fine City Swing 2025 organisers do not take responsibility for accidents or losses, thefts or harm that might occur to participants of the Event for whatever reason.
The Fine City Swing 2025 organisers do not take responsibility for any cancellation of the instructors or band members due to illness or any other reason.
The Fine City Swing 2025 organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule before and/or during Fine City Swing 2025.
The Fine City Swing 2025 organisers reserve the right to change the venues of the event without prior notice.
The Fine City Swing 2025 organisers reserve the right to use any photographs and videos taken during the Event for promotional reasons. Please see the Photo Disclaimer for more information.
